Great Views: The hotel rooms offer stunning views of the mountains and city, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay. You can enjoy the breathtaking scenery right from the comfort of your room.
Lack of Assistance: Unfortunately, the hotel's customer service fell short when it came to arranging transportation from the airport. Despite reaching out for help, the staff was not able to provide appropriate assistance, which caused some inconvenience for guests.

I wouldn't recommend it - they had a nice gesture on my birthday - the rest was a scare, shower with rotten-smelling water, the next day the same thing despite having warned them - EVEN though it says on the page that they include breakfast, it's not like that - they asked me for $140 a day for breakfast - I never had breakfast at the hotel, I went to good places and had breakfast for less. There are hotels with less boast that give a minimum breakfast, they have installed a desk of a company of expeditions "huentata" A DISASTER and I do not understand how a hotel that is supposed to have a good level has that there. - The guide called us "guys" I did not hire any other excursion with them
HOTEL RAICES ACONCAGUA - I would never recommend it. When I arrived in Buenos Aires I found that my credit card had been charged a terrible amount on the 18th - that is, two days BEFORE my arrival, which was on the 20th at 19:40. WEIGHTS 23,708.84. - without breakfast and in the middle of a construction site? -- I traveled through San Luis-Cordoba and part of the world and they always took my card as a reference but they never charged it to the card until the day I left the hotel. And they ALWAYS GIVED ME A DETAILED RECEIPT, here they gave me an "accommodation advance" bill $23,708.84- A horror, a disappointment. When I left the hotel I didn't confront them because I didn't want to spoil my trip. I want a RECEIPT, not a bill, and DETAILED.

The hotel is clean and offers a good view of the mountains. They provide a good selection for breakfast, including outstanding coffee, tea, and pastries. The room was huge, modern, and clean with a nice bathroom. The location is excellent, just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and Aconcagua.

Location, cleanliness, modernity, pool area and breakfast are excellent. space with cafeterias that are being built downstairs is going to be very nice, with good taste and is a comfort to not move from the hotel and go out for a drink. I would definitely recommend it. Excellent value for money, taking into account the hotels in the vicinity that cost almost double and offer the same services.
If it is a hotel I would recommend, the notes I make are for you to take into account when redesigning the rooms now that the hotel is in the process of being remodeled. The closet was too small for a stay of several days. The bathroom was quite small and uncomfortable. Difficult access to push the toilet button, if or when you had to move the board. The bidet was practically under the sink, very uncomfortable. Another issue to consider is the garage, excessively small, super steep ramp and difficult to maneuver because of the amount of columns it has. All this considering that it is not included in the room rate (5U$S per day). The double bed was clearly two single beds joined by a sommier cover, you had to sleep well on the side because otherwise you felt you were sinking in the middle.

Location: the hotel was near great restaurants and bars and the happening areas and shops and downtown area. Luckily it was close to Brod Bakery, had pastries there when it was particularly hot outside.
Its breakfast could have been was n't included in our rate.

The location was super convenient, right in the heart of Mendoza. We visited the Amado Zogbi Winery and Bodega Escorihuela, which were totally worth checking out for some fun activities. Plus, the hotel had a lovely pool area where we could chill and soak up the sun.
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene at the hotel. As young party-goers, we were hoping for some more exciting entertainment options to keep the fun going late into the night.

Front desk staff were very helpful in calling local bodegas to arrange tours, which we drove to in our rental car. They set up itinerary and made recommendations for lunch.
At checkout staff initially were not honoring the rate quoted to us by Booked.net when we modified our reservation. After talking to the manager and making us wait 30 minutes, they did honor the rate. At most hotels, this would have been handled to our satisfaction in a matter of minutes.

Overall, the hotel delivered. I found it comfortable, well located, quiet, with good breakfast (although for my taste and being a 4 star I could have a little more). That the breakfast is extended in the schedule seems to me an excellent decision. The staff at the front desk, breakfast and cleaning have all been very friendly.
It seems to me that for a 4-star hotel breakfast (I clarify, which is good) could be improved by adding egg, variety of cereals, bread that is not only breast milk, cheese, etc. But mainly I would add some other kind of gastronomic option for the rest of the day, since the hotel only has snacks and drinks at expensive prices. I think that if you add sandwiches, salads and more elaborate options at good prices, it would work well since I saw many people at the pool going to buy food outside because of the lack of options, just like I don't understand how the pool only has 2 tables. Although I don't know if it depends directly on the hotel, the person who sells tours in the hall is a squirt. I found the same half-price tours around town.

The view of the mountains from our rooms was fantastic, the breakfast buffet each morning was delicious with lots of different things to choose from, and the hotel's restaurant was fabulous, with a menu from the parrilla to die for. I must say that the staff was the frosting on the cake. They were so helpful and kind, always willing to answer all our questions and point us in the right direction. They were always welcoming, which really made our stay that much more pleasent. I would highly recommend this hotel. The corner suites are very roomy and gorgeous.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side (except for the corner suites), but this wasn't an issue for us since we didn't spend much time in our room.
